Bruce Hill

Bruce Hill knows the law from both sides. He is a former Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. He has represented the United States in litigation in Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, Virginia, and Utah. He served as Chief Councel for the U.S. Department of Interior, Salt Lake City, where he and his staff provided legal services to such federal agencies as the National Park Service, the Bureau of Land Managment, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Office of Surface Mining, the Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Bureau of Reclamation.

Bruce Hill is a highly experienced attorney whose roots in the community assure you that he unserstands your legal needs. Bruce grew up in the Fountain City community of Knoxville and attended Central High School. Bruce graduated magna cum laude with a degree in history from Maryville. He graduated from the Univercity of Tennessee College of Law in 1981 and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar that same year. He practices before all Tennessee State Courts, the U.S. District Court, eastern District of Tennessee, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth and Sixth Circuits.
